Delivery options

Postage and packing ( P&P) options

We offer a First Class or Second Class service. The charge helps to cover the costs of packing, packaging materials and postage.

First Class Second Class
Postage costs £3.95 £2.50


  • We despatch Monday to Friday, except public holidays
  • You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address
  • Orders placed before 11.30am will normally be despatched same day
  • We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of orders, but may use Parcelforce for heavier, bulky orders. Do ring us on 0345 092 0821 if the choice of operator makes a difference to you.

Standard Delivery timings

Orders by First Class mail normally take 1 - 2 business days from despatch to reach you.Orders by Second Class mail normally take 3 - 5 business days from despatch to reach you.

Express delivery by phone

You can arrange express delivery on 0345 092 0821 between 8.30am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, and our cut-off time for arranging express delivery is 1pm for despatch that day. You will pay First Class postage and packing costs and the express supplement listed below:

  • next business day guaranteed delivery is an extra £5.50
  • next business day guaranteed delivery before midday is an extra £10.50
  • next business day guaranteed delivery before 10.30am is an extra £15.00
  • Saturday guaranteed delivery before midday is an extra £32.00

Order enquiries

We'll email you updates about your order so you know when to expect it. The email will be sent to the address you gave us when ordering.

If you're worried about your order, simply phone us on 0345 092 0821 or email shop@breastcancercare.org.uk (quoting your order number will help us to update you more quickly). We'll check our system and if we can see that your order was despatched without a problem at our end, we'll ask you to check with your local Royal Mail delivery office - happily nine times out of ten it's there.

A status of 'processing' means your order was successfully transferred for delivery and further updates are sent by email. Royal Mail may experience delays in the event of severe weather conditions; to check your area, check the Royal Mail website here.

Paying by cheque

Just phone us on 0345 092 0821 to order by phone and arrange for us to put an order to one side while we await your cheque payment. Please note that we'll only be able to hold the order for 7 days.

Orders for international delivery

We're sorry our website does not take orders for international delivery yet. To order for international delivery, please phone +44 1989 767118.

Ordering from overseas for UK delivery

Set up your account using your own details and local address. Then follow the steps to confirm an order and change the delivery address to a UK address to complete your order. You can use your local billing address to pay for the order.
